My ex-husband just separated fully and firmly. He will not respond to my phone calls or emails. This hurts very much, even though or especially so because I am at fault in the separation. He went to great lengths to be with me.

I am such a coward - I am afraid of emotional pain, and wonder if the pain will endure forever. If someone has been through the same, I would appreciate advice.
