Erin, don't let that hole suck you down into it. It is black and ugly down there. Everything is an effort and it seems like nothing is worth it. I understand, at least I hope I do for your sake.

That hole is constantly calling me and I know what is involved. Please keep trying to make the efforts of doing things, no matter how small. Please.
