It was kind of scary. Not as bad as I thought but still uncomfortable. She asked me a heap of questions and then after that she asked me if I had any questions for her. My mind went blank and I couldn't think of any. It was meant to be an hour long appointment but it only lasted 1/2hr. Pretty sure I go charged less but I wish I hadn't been so nervous. She took my blood pressure which was 120/80 (the high end of normal) probably because I was so anxious.

She also wants blood tests done. I am worried that there could be something wrong with me. Like I could be dying of some horrible disease and not know it. I know it is irrational. I think I watch too many medical shows. I guess if it turns out I have a thyroid problem or something that is going to be a lot easier to treat than a mental illness!
Thanks for this!
