2. Okay, now that I have resources to work with I need a therapeutic process. The DATA method follows:

Analyze the distortions in the evidence.
Treat the distortions.
Affirm a realistic alternative belief.
3. Finally I need some disturbing material to trigger my anxious thoughts. I will use quotes from feminist propaganda against stripping to help me identify them.
