Yeah, this. You could have anemia or something like that.
Even if it's something psychiatric, there are tons of no-cost/low-cost options out there. You just have to know where to look. Doctors often work with social workers who know all about these resources and where to find them. Also, many GP's are able to handle psychiatry cases themselves -- most will prescribe basic psych meds, and some will even do psychotherapy.
