But what would be "reasonably convenient" vs. "unreasonably convenient"? Any guesses?

Why doesn't my therapist just cancel and ask if I can reschedule for another time? I feel like I'm (possibly unintentionally on her part) being guilted into cancelling our current appointment time so that she doesn't have to.
