Ugh, I'm really sorry. I agree with others that this isn't really a 'contract'. It's a list of rules for you. DBT uses contracts, but the therapist signs one too, in which they make their own set of matching commitments. What is your T actually committing to here? I wonder whether this would make things feel more 'equal'- if together you could come up with a matching list of what you need from him (that he feels he can commit to)?
