I think you should talk to your pdoc about switching from zyprexa to a different anti-psychotic. Zyprexa is the worst for weight gain. There are plenty of newer anti-psychotics out there that cause little to no weight gain. Talk to your pdoc about trying geodon (if you want something sedating) or abilify (if you want something more activating). You don't have to be hungry all the time, there are other options out there!
