the problem I have been having is that i tend to overreact in times of stress, say thing I don't mean and then later apologize. I realize what I am doing is not right and i have been really really working on this for the past 2-3 years, but continue to hit this wall. So my coworkers suggested that there has to be a reason I keep hitting this wall, they are very supportive and trying to help me and just mad this suggestion. Anyone give me some advice
