Thanks MD. Heat has been a help, the tub is too uncomfortable for me, I'm using a hotwater bottle. Great at night, but it's hot during the day... I doubt a massager would work bcoz it's my spine that on fire, but I'll give it a go. Feels like there's a huge man applying all his weight to my back with his knee. (and I'm only 1.52m and 43kg )

I just want to cry, but it's so dumb, pathetic even, cos I didn't even cry for 15hrs of labour! Argh atleast I knew what labour was and that it couldn't last forever. This is a whole different kettle of fish... I'm scared I guess, not familiar with this feeling, but I think that's what it is... Scared.
