Wow, MUE, I'm so impressed by what you wrote on the blog! It is so insightful, thoughtful, and reflective--makes me think that I wish that you were in my group! You have a great handle on your processes and are very self-aware. Maybe you are just ahead of others in this way and they're not sure how to respond?
