Thanks EL for sharing, glad you recovered, that must've been aweful on so many different levels.
I definitly didn't injure it in anyway. Guess the nurse ruled out inflammation bcoz I had zero results with anti-inflammatories. I HATE getting cold, but I'll give the ice-pack a go. At this point I'm ready to try eating toiletpaper if it might help thanks!
