I would:
-deposit at least a million dollars into each of my kids' education funds.
-give a large chunk to our local YMCA to add a new wing to the building
-enroll my kids in an International school and put them all in music lessons (with the instrument of their choice)
-buy a sprawling brick rambler, preferably with a turret
-earn my phD in English (or Psychology) or maybe get a law degree
-fix up the house of an elderly couple down my street - their garage currently has a gaping hole at the top
-travel extensively with my kids
-get snow tires for my minivan? Would I even want my minivan? Maybe not.
