Hi insideout, thanks for responding.

I stopped for stupid, practical reasons. I paid for insurance through my job two years ago, and the pdoc I went to was useless. Nothing but medical management, his whole practice, which includes therapy, and never did I receive any. I was frustrated at wasting my money. When I first went on it, I was also given Seroquel and the combination made me slightly overweight. I could never lose it even after being told to stop the Seroquel. I also felt my life was balanced and without many stressors (except the weight), so I stopped, without medical advice.

Now I'm hurting for it, as I'm crawling back up again without insurance and should have never left Zoloft nor dropped my insurance. The Xanax really helps with my panic and anxiousness, but am going to call my gp and see if he can double my prescription, from twice to four times a day, because I need to take one every three hours at work (retail sales). Either that or maybe he can prescribe 25-50mg of Seroquel daily to help me sleep! I hope he agrees.
Hugs from:
