How long has it been since the dosage was upped? If its only been a week or so, you might want to stick with it to see if you start to feel better. However, there are lots of good meds out there, so you have other options too. It can take awhile to find the right med/dose. Ive had to try multiple meds and combinations of meds that helped. (my situation is not typical, so hopefully you'll find something that works well for you).

It could just be the dose. I take Wellbutrin (part of a combo) and at higher level doses feel fine, but when my dr has tried to lower it too much, I get irritable which happens more if you're on higher doses.

Just keep in contact with your dr so you two can decide together what works best for you. Good luck!!
