Well there's your problem, throwing a hissy fit is no way to fix your internet. I'm not going to console and "share your problems and comfort you and tell you 'there's nothing you can do'" because I'm not that kind of person.

I've got att and my internet crashes multiple times in just an hour...and I spend all day on the internet. It's worse for my brother who wants to play videogames but can't even finish a round because his game lags and crashes. Find another way to deal than whine and complain. Go to some other company if this company truly isn't any good. If your contract isn't up then pay the fines and switch to somewhere else.
