I hate that part of depression the worst. It's somehow easier to deal with if you have something you can actively work on to help get better. Something that helps me in times like those are to accept the fact first off, and then decide on an action plan. Something to get out, or to relax ... one of the two. Sometimes being with people who might understand helps, if you have those people there for you.
