That's definitely the hardest thing to deal with and even harder when those around you don't understand. It happens to me on pretty much a regular basis but the wife doesn't get it and thinks I should just get moving and do something. Hard to when all I feel like doing is sleeping and staying at home. Hope it improves for you soon.
