Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and was diagnosed with Bipolar 4 years ago but have been suffering most of my life. I've been on lithium and seroquel since getting out of the hospital this Christmas.

I've spent the last hour or so trying to find cold medication that we're allowed to take and haven't had any luck. What do you take for a runny nose. I'm currently depressed so if the only side effect is a chance to be manic then I'm up for that.
