I didnt change anything in my diet. But 8 glasses of water a day and add a few more on hot days or days you are working out alot. Also if you dont like the idea of drinking so much water do what i do, eat alot of salads (and snicker salads dont count), eat fruit like watermelon or oranges, and gello is a good way to get water in. And taste good too.
