First rule of anger expression is never do anything self or other destructive, never destroy something of yours that is valuable that you will regret later. always hit something soft and inanimate like a pillow etc.
If it feels therapeutic to break something, which it sometimes can be, then break some old junk that belongs to yourself and you were going to throw out etc etc.
Sounds like you may not be fully aware of who or what you are angry at and it is deflecting into other channels. Sounds like it's' probably not those things you "normally tolerate".
It might be more than just feeling about anger.
Your emotion is probably not a problem , it is rising to help you solve some kind of problem.
It sounds like you need to do some self-digging and then some directed communication with others
In any case here is a tip: Every piece of anger about something is based on an expectation. Finding and dropping your expectation eliminates the specific anger about whatever. For instance something someone does may bother you and anger you. Dropping your expectation that they 'shouldn't do that' will end the anger and make you accepting. You may then still be actually bothered but the acceptance of it will help you to find another solution or simply the solution of living with it ..etc etc.
