I'm so sorry.  Can I ask what the reason is? Or would you rather talk about it in private? You can private message me if you like. I know this is painful.
Right now, there is a "rift" between my son and I too. My son is an alcoholic and he was EXTREMELY disrespectful to me -- and I will not tolerate that. He's never said those things to me before.  And he was SOBER too. I don't know why he did it -- but I won't take that from him or anyone.
I'm so sorry your son won't speak to you. Please know you're in my prayers. Mothers go thru such pain -- and it's something that goes on and on, even after the kids grow up. Please take care of yourself. God bless . Hugs, Lee
