I can only speak for myself, but that would be a resounding YES. Yes, we are capable of love. We feel everything very, very strongly (hence the so-called dramatics) and, for me at least, that includes love.

So the dilemma is not, can they love? But rather, can they love just one?

And, oh my goodness, I would NEVER intentionally hurt someone. That's the hardest thing about having this dx for me ... I end up hurting or confusing men unintentionally every which way I go, even though I really just want to love them. I hate that aspect of this disorder.
