Good to hear that! Is it getting colder there already? I know when seasons change I get back pain ( nothing compared to yours ) and it usually disappears after a few days. My sis tore her ligaments in her shoulder so it's sling for her for 8 weeks. I'ts been 4 days and she's grumpy as hell. Feel for you! Maybe Physio?? Hang in there!!
