Thank u everyone..by 'feeling better' I mean that um experiencing more highs than the depression lows.you know there are good days and bad days and today was just one bad day..I feel so low.I feel like um such a loser.I hate my life.I hate my job,I hate myself for failing to cope anxiety issues and depression,so much that I had to drop uni this semester because I cldnt take it any more..I just wish I didn't exist.I HATE FEELING THIS WAY!
