I dont remember my blood being taken when my psychologist diagnosed me with AvPd,
I remember he asking me about so many question and made careful anamnesis and run few projective test before he finally diagnosed me with AvPD ,and it cannot be done one day.
when you found out you have this , this is not the end of the world, its better you found out now than never understand what happened to you
Theres a lot of behaviour therapy that might help but it need a lot of hard work
