I'm sorry your struggling right now... Thinking about quiting in difficult time is almost a part of therapy I think. Are you trying to avoid something? a feeling or a story? Are your connection with your t not strong enough yet for you to trust him with your issues?
I think you could talk to your t about what you wrote here; he should help you take the best decision for yourself. Sometimes, just exploring why you don't feel like exploring lead to a huge break through...
