Many of the drug companies offer (via prescription by your doc of course) free of cost, or at a greatly reduced rate. You might check to see which companies manufacture your meds and see if they can do something for you. I also have a friend who has signed up for a program which allows her to get her meds for a three months period. Then they re-evaluate her, if she still qualifies, she geta another three months. I'll be talking to her in the next day or two and see if it's something that's local just to her area, or might apply to you as well.
