So we talk about meds. Viibryd is staying the same, but I told him that I am no longer on the lamictal but thought I needed a mood stabilizer of some sort because the viibryd alone is not enough.

His decision - I'm no longer on Ambien CR because it is one of the meds I od'd on, so he gave me Restoril instead. And no mood stabilizer. He wants me to "try this for now" and see him again in 2 months. Soonest I could get in for another appointment? Two and a half months... gotta love it.
