Wow that can be a real problem! Scheduling was something I never had trouble with. Since the injury (now 19 1/2 years...) it's a struggle.

While many ppl use those medicine dispensers, days of weeks with hours and such containers with plastic lids... those just don't work for me.

Maybe something simpler? Each med is in a different bottle. Do you have a counter area big enough to spread them out, each on their own "TIME" sheet...maybe making each hour a different color? Put the pill bottle on the square of time/color when you next take it. After you take it, put it on the NEXT time/color when you need to take it again.

I think if you had a watch with a timer, that could help some, but still wouldn't help you remember all of the meds you might need to take that hour, moment, only that you need to check!

Do you have a clock/radio timer? If some meds need to be taken hour by hour, maybe the snooze button could help?

IDK but maybe something I said here will give you an idea that works? TC!
