Im not sure about breaking out when you come off the meds, but I can tell you that my skin has went back into time to my teen years while being on my meds. I too am on Topamax....I take 50mg a day, and 30mg a day of Celexa...one of those two devils is making my back break out, and my face is either dry, or its oily......I feel like its prom night again lol.....The only advice I can give it either get that Proactiv stuff they have on TV (if you go to the local mall, you can buy it without having that automatic monthly reorder) or I went to Sally's Beauty and got this thing that scrubs my face (sandpaper lol) and then I put on this lotion thats a skin brightener...Ive noticed some improvement....Best of luck to you though!
