2. Go get checked.

3. If you don't want a doctor, some drugstores sell blood glucose test kits. You should measure your glucose before breakfast and then I don't remember if it was 3 hours after a meal. The test costs around 40 dollars.

Also, both type 1 and 2 can cause frequent thirst and urination. Type 1 doesn't even have to be from childhood, my cousin got it at 30 and someone i used to know got it at 16 (a medication triggered hers).
