Anyone know of aphrodisiacs for women? Why can't they just hurry up and invent some kind of Viagra for us?

90% of the time I am not into the moment and would rather sleep than have intercourse with my fiance. I am attracted to him, I love him dearly but very often I just can't plain get aroused.

Tips anyone?

p.s. I am 24 yrs old, have a 5yr old child, just finished a degree and work full time.. but I think the culprit is my IUD that is hormone induced. Comments?
