Thanks for your reply but the truth of the matter is that her behavior started long before my issues arose, not the other way around.
As far as groups go, I've attended a number of 12 step meetings but found they weren't a good fit for me as their success rate is equal to that of folks who do nothing (around 5%) plus I've never bought into treating these kinds of issues with religious approaches.
