It is true that dreams can be linked to reality, but not always.

For example, I had a dream that this man could shift into my boyfriend and killed everyone that I loved, including, yes, my boyfriend. I knew that in reality, that my boyfriend is safe, and so are my loved ones.

Here's an example of how a second dream was linked to my reality:

I was sitting in chorus class in said dream, and it was a competition of some kind. We had to have our music. As a practical joke, some girls hid my folder. When I found it, my music was missing. I searched everywhere. When I told the Chorus Director, she apologized and told me that she had to kick me out of the competition as well as the class.

Here's the reality:

I live, breathe, and eat music, metaphorically speaking of course. Music has been my life and there's no other way I can explain that. Having been so wrapped up in work, as well as my relationship, I lost my "spiritual" touch to music. Of course, I sing along, but I just didn't feel it. That dream brought me back to realize that I still have that side of me.

Don't be so afraid of your dreams, hun. Yes, some are good, some are bad. I remember every single dream that I have had in the past ten years (considering my childhood is a blur). It's not bad to remember said dreams, and if the dreams are linked to your reality, then think theoretically: "How does this link to my life right now or in the past?"

That's the best I've got for you, hun. I hope it helps.
Thanks for this!
