thank you. i was hoping it wasnt too bad because i didnt
want to look again and again. thats what i had meant by change. its been helping little by little but didnt know if it was worth my time to attempt therapy even though tbh i am trying... its just hard. im very honest with my therapist about why i dont take them..like why i dont want them and she tells me pros and cons..stuff like that etc you know.
