I was just thinking earlier how funny my therapist is. She's a country girl and group up on a farm, so she has all these funny little sayings. I love them.

She says so many great things, but IF I had to pick one thing she's said to me that means a lot it would be, "I'm so proud of you." It gets me every time. I just want to keep applying what she teaches to my life, not only for myself and my healing, but also to hear her say she's proud of me. It's really motivating.
