my husband tells me to just pick one small thing to do for the whole day and if I accomplish that, its great. When I do get up and accomplish that, I find that I can stand there and do more and more and feel better about it. I think we set ourselves up for to much. Just plan out the bare minimum that way everything you do is a success, and it should be on some days. Getting out of bed can be a success on a really bad day. Having deadlines and feeling things have to be done a certain way or by a certain time can actually really hold us back. So let go of the timeline. It will get done or it wont and it will be fine. Just try to keep this in mind. It has helped me so much. I am my biggest critic so when I can just back off, I get so much more completed.
