Thank You for your reply and link. I don't think it's anything that bad but it is worse or I find myself doing this more when my emotions and anxiety get to much. However at those times I can't really think straight anyway. It's just strange how my writting seems to slip at same time. I never have been that good at spelling but I did get better at it and understand it more in high school but it's like sometimes I go back to being dumber then before.
