I was out of town for a few days, doing pretty good. Came home and physically crashed. Just now feeling like getting up and around. Honestly can't tell if the medicine is making any difference or not. I think it needs another few days. The fact that I haven't emotionally crashed, nor spiraled down, despite having good reason to, is a good sign though.
