I'd think it would be relatively quick. But if you have developed a habit of eating more that might take a little longer, and your stomach also needs to get use to having leas food. So might take a little while, but not too long if you stick to your recommended calorie intake and portion sizes.

I hope you start to feel less ravenous soon!
