You've only been off for 3 weeks. That's nothing! I don't want to be pessimistic, but in 'classic' bipolar, people have fewer than 4 episodes a year. So, uh, you have plenty of time to have another episode.

Sorry, that was really pessimistic.

ritalin, adderall, risperdal, geodon, paxil, celexa, zoloft

other:
individual talk therapy, CBT, group therapy, couple's therapy, hypnosis
