I know its probably easy for me to say but this works for me when I sometimes feel like I'm going to fall apart.
I have to literally say out loud that it's all going to be ok and it will pass.. Focus on the positive ahead, I know it hard, but if you create it in your mind, say it out loud, you 'll be surprised how quick your worries can seem to go from you..
I know it's hard to focus sometimes but 'SPEAK THE POSITIVE' out loud..
It's all going to be ok mate..
