My adventures in knitting continue. Last night I finally had my learn to knit lace classs, and it was awesome. There were only 2 of us in the class so we both got lots of individual attention, and were able to cover a lot of ground.

We knit a few lace samplers, to learn the basic principles, and learned a good cast off for lace, that's really stretchy.

My next project is to knit as a sample a book mark, using the lace pattern, that, I'll ultimately use to make a shawl. Once I've got the lace pattern down, I'll knit the shawl.

I think I'm going to have a lot of fun with lace.
