Deep Breath....and rewind....change your thinking....I know its stressful, but maybe if you can chill for a minute, maybe this can be a fun thing, a new thing....I know that us Bi-Polars dont do well with change, but you know the old mantra....things happen for a reason lol......you may find something better than you have, and a place that feels more fitting for you and your family than you have now....you never know the possibilities.....so grab a box and some packing peanuts it will be ok....
