The panic has set in because i didnt keep up with reading all the paperwork after an involuntary hospitalization. I was supposed to follow up my inpatient stay with community mental health for 90 days. I cant find the discharge papers but I dont believe the hospital even set it up that way. Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! Freak out time!!!!! I dont know what to do. My gut reaction is to hide under the covers...but that isnt the answer so what is??
