Haven't SI'ed, but keep thinking about sui methods, mind feels numb, concentration is poor, and yet I"ll atempt to talk about what it feels like... later today with T...

The real problem is the week and a half of not very good sleep becuase of Acid Reflux that's in my esophagus... I want and need good sleep, and soon...
