I suppose I am a good leader in the sense that I am a good parent and can handle my 4 kids pretty well, in keeping them on task, dealing with issues/conflicts/disobedience and keeping things decently organized and efficiently run in the household. I do like to be in charge and can be authoritative.
But otherwise, on a larger scale, in the work world or in society in general, I don't think I make either a good leader, because I am independent minded, not great at delegating, and haven't always got patience to deal with all the small details or the planning and execution of a big, important project. Nor do I have the patience or desire to deal with all the 'politics' involved in dealing with the people themselves, handling conflicts, being the one who has to have the answers or the ultimate responsibility, etc .... I also have too much of a do it by myself in my own way mentality, too. I am also unconventional and contrary-ish. I am afraid I am not a good follower either ....
