Hello everyone I am writing this message as i have many worries especially about my appearance. I am a young girl from London and wanted to ask people whether they think i look ugly and what age i look?

My confidence has been shaken and knocked as friends i had turned on me. I argued with them and one in particular has been especially nasty so i'm quite upset at moment saying i look old.
