I'm a bipolar one and rapid cycle. In one hour I can go from depressed, to angry, to crazy happy, to normal, back to one of the others. I do my best to not let my kids see my moods. DH knows when something is up and he'll give me lots of hugs and kisses and give me some space. :0) My doctor has referred to it as ultra rapid cycling but I'm not sure it is. I think I don't really understand what ultra rapid cycling is.
